A few important notes to read before you create your ESTIAM account and start the online application.

What to prepare

Have these ready before you start — it usually takes 20–30 minutes to complete the form.

Documents to prepare

  • Academic transcripts from each post-secondary institution
  • Public examination results (HKDSE / HKALE / IB / A-Level / equivalent)
  • Resume / CV with full education and work history
  • Personal statement (500–1,000 words)
  • Proof of working experience (recommended for MBA / DBA)
  • Up to 2 reference letters (optional)

Choose your intake

  • Intakes open every October and April
  • Apply early — Early Bird discount closes 30 August 2026
  • Cohorts are capped; places are offered on a rolling basis

  • Instalment plans available for every program
  • One HK$10,000 Healthcare Career Scholarship awarded per cohort — opt in during your application

How the application works

    Register with your email so you can save and resume your application at any time before submission.

    Complete the form

    Fill in personal details, program of interest, education and work history. Save your draft as you go.

  3. 3

    Upload documents

    Attach all required supporting documents in PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC or DOCX (max 10 MB per file).

  4. 4

    Submit & review

    Submit your application — our admissions team will reach out within 5 working days to confirm next steps.

Save & resume

Your draft is saved to your account so you can finish the application later — no need to complete it in one sitting.
